What we process
Audio you record or upload and text you submit, together with your account details (name, email, company, country).
Why
Audio and text are processed only to provide the service you request – transcription, translation, answers and speech. They are not used to train AI models.
What we keep
We keep a usage log (module, language, duration, characters, time) for billing and your usage dashboard. Per-query console entries store your query, its parsed structure and the answer so you can see your history. Raw audio is not stored.
Your rights
You can view your history in the app and delete all of it at any time from Settings → Delete my history. To close your account or raise a grievance, contact SanmigGRC Technologies Private Limited, Faridabad, Haryana, India · +91 93134 47526.
Consent
We request microphone access only when you press record. Browser-based captions and voices run on your device.
